Tips to gain weight?

I think im really skinny and underweight. About 170CM so 5''5 and about 110-115 pounds. Any tips to gain weight? Im not much of a meat/fish either...


O and im 14.

Need info on fat and muscle.


Answers:

If you want to add muscle then you need to eat lots of protein. It helps to repair muscle fibers after you have worked out. If you are looking to bulk up all the way around, you need to add more calories to your diet too. Since you don't like meat I would suggest, eggs (prepared any way you like), milk, cheese, peanuts (any kind of nut), beans, tofu and soy products are a great way to add protien and calories to your diet. Stay healthy...don't overdo it. Everything is better in moderation.
