Question: How do i lose my All my fat!?
Ok i am 12 years old, 5"10 ft and 210IBs I am overweight and i have a huge butt and stomach and thighs and man boobs, i have stretchmarks on my thigh because its so big!.

So how do you lose the weight!?

Can you give me the exact wrok out because i said to myself that if i grow up and lose the weight i will regret it by not doing it today! Please I need Help for my health!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crunches will not work!. If you want to lose fat you need to take a 2-pronged approach!.

First, you need to gain muscle by lifting weights!.

Second, you need to do cardio for about an hour 4 times a week!. That means about an hour jogging on a treadmill or riding a bike!. The first 20 minutes of a cardio workout, your body is burning about 20% fat and 80% carbs!. After 40 minutes, this switches to 80% fat burning vs!. only 20% carbs, which is ideal!.

You should do the cardio 3-4 times per week and the weights 2-3 times a week on alternating days!. Make sure to lift weights until you hit muscle failure for maximum muscle growth, meaning until you can no longer lift them!. Don't work out for more than an hour at a time!.

On the days you are lifting weights, drink a protein shake (they're really yummy if you use real fruit and juice) after you work out!.

If you're trying to lose fat from a certain area in your body you MUST lose fat from all over your body like you wish to do to get the thighs, abs, chest, etc!. that you desire with a new diet and some fat burning exercises!. You can't lose fat from a certain position in your body such the thighs and abs by only aplying workout to them!.

What you should do now is to start a new diet to lose the fat and do exercises for all you body!.

After you lose fat from your body with the diet and the exercises you can then rip any area in your body and shap it as you'd like by aplying special workout to them!.

well crunches always work do crunches for about 30 min!. befor bed or somethin!. it gets rid of belly fat!. and do simple exercises lik walkin around the block with some friends!. just get up and do something!. u will c improvementsWww@Answer-Health@Com
