i eat out like once every week and i drink plenty of water

i've been doing this for about 2 months now and have lost 10 lbs
Answers:
1) Drink water
2) Drink green tea
3) Run in the morning.
4) Eat fruits and vegetales.
5) Do not eat junk food.
Also, if you would like to weigh 120 pounds, eat 1200 calories, if you would like to weigh 146 pounds, eat 1460 calories! Simple as that. be sure you are burning more calories than you're taking in.
