PLEASE don't listen to the people who tell you to do situps!.!.!. this WONT work!.

You need to have a calorific deficit, and you need to do all over resistance training to build muscle whilst cutting away the fat!.

The people who tell you to do situps are wrong!. If you have any fat over the stomach area you will never see your abs, no matter how many situps you do!. You can get a six pack without ever doing one!.

Amen to fun-luvin!.!.!.definately cut your bad fats--keep the good ones, tho, your skin/hair/nails need them!. Make breakfast your big meal of the day--gives you lots of time to use the fuel!.!.!.have little meal snacks after as you need them, and food shakes to make sure you're getting the nutrients your bod needs to perform!.!.!.lots of water to cleanse out fats & toxins, fruits & veggie fibers to keep clean innerds, non-polluted proteins & non-refined-sugar carbs for fuels!.!.!.balance is key!.

If you are on a solid program of healthful foods, cardio & weight training, you should see excellent results within 2 months, sculpting more into your third!.!.!.then show off as you like!.!.!.just remember, muscles must be used to remain toned, so stopping your new lifestyle after your "show off" will put you right back to square one, and that would be such a shame!.

the surefire way to help, do your cardio first thing in the morning , at least 4 mornings in a row cut out bad fats ie suturated fats, do this with a proper training programme to get your body fat to 10 to 20 %, usualy when its at 20% you can see your top 2 abbs, the key to abbs is 20 % exersize 80% diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
