Im 5'8 and weigh 154... i wanna gain muscle mass..?

every day i hit the gym. i have basically a schedule..
monday- chest
tuesday-legs
wednesday- arms
thursday- legs
friday- chest
saturday-legs
sunday- break from all

is this a good routine? if not edit it to enable me to gain as much mass in muscle as possible by august 20th.. thats when football starts. i am also taking cytogainer. i have seen improvements in the week that ive had it but nothing major. help me gain mass please,
