Cut down on drinking soda and eating processed foods!. It takes time and dedication, so don't expect to lose 22 pounds in a week!. The longer it takes you to lose weight, the better, because that means that it's very gradual and you work it into your lifestyle!. Many people fail diets because they do it for two weeks then quit!.

There is no such thing as easy when coming to losing weight
( i think ) don't know much about this type of thing but i would say that its going to be hard work and will be worth it in the end!.!. simply cut out the junk food and only eat at normal times of the day and if hungry in between have a healthy snack, but at the same tI'me set yourself a goal type thing !.!.!. like treating yourself to one night a week were you can have what you want!.!.!.!. I would say that looking forward to your treat i!.e take away or going out for a meal might spur you on to stick to a diet the rest of the week!. !.!. but then hey im only having a stab in the dark here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it wont exactly be easy, no matter what you do, unless you find some totally miraculous diet/exercise plan lol
try doing lots of crunches, that will definitely flatten your abs!. avoid carbs and fats also!. make up a good plan that fits you
