Even though I don't eat much meat, after every meal, i feel like my stomach is heavy and just ate a brick?

Even drinking water makes me feel bloated. I've always have a weak digestion. Should I blend all my solid food from now on or go on a liquid well-balanced diet?

What you described is the feeling from classic overeating... and it has nothing to do with meat.

I actually feel much better and have more energy when I am fasting rather than eating two or three big meals a day. You can get weighed down with lots of starchy carbs as easily as tons of meat. Are your meals huge? If you eat tons of salty starchy foods and drink tons of water it WILL weigh you down and bloat you. Try a fast for three days with double distilled water and then break the fast with a light meal like a salad or some fruit. If you cannot go the whole three days (if you feel light headed or very weak), drink some fruit juice to make it through.

You may also benefit from trying an herbal flush product or powdered greens drink with Psyllium Husks to cleanse your colon a bit.
