Stay away from soda for the whole month!.!. u should drop at least 2 pounds!.!. And do 50 situps a day!.!. Run at least 1 mile a week!.!. u should lose about 5-6 pounds at the most!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you want a 6 pack at 12 years old!?I mean you proably have a big belly cause you haven't hit puberty either way i agree with the first guy just wear something that'll cover you up if your selfconsious!.But if your gonna want to do it run around and just be active because their is no way your getting a sixpack in a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com

there is no HEALTHY way to get abs in one month!. But you can do crunches and google lower ab excercises!. But your not going to get flat abs within a month if you have a large stomach!. I suggest working on your diet!. See a nutritionist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
just try to eat as healty as possible and get at least an hour of excersise everyday like if your watching tv do some sit ups or push ups just anything your only 12 you got a lot of time to worry before you can say your "fat"Www@Answer-Health@Com

run as far as you can every other day!. cut your calorie intake to 3/4 of what you normally eat!. eat little processed sugar!.
