I heard if you drink coffe alot you may Shrink is there any way???/what should i eat/what should i not eat for me to become shorter i heard if in 1 year you dont have enogh calsium you shrink is that true?PLEASE HELP ME!AHHHHH

im 13 and im 5'8. i wanna be 5'9 girl i think im short...i wanna be 5'9. and im not the skinny rail thin tall girl, like how some are....im more chunk. haha...i like being tall...i have never hated it. ive always been tall for my age..but now i think i am at a plateau...ou know not groing much anymore...i wanna be tall. you shouldnt try to shrink, thats bad for ur body...sometimes, when i wear capris, they make my legs look shorter...so maybe try that. dont wear heels...but girl, i still wear heels, the guys always like a tall gal. just make ur self look pretty....and pretty soon, it will seem like ur shrinking and everyone else is just shooting up into the air...i feel this way now, so i feel short. just love yourself, i do i mean i dont love you, i mean well i love everybody..but not 'love love ' you...i mean i love myself.
whew! confusing huh? haha okay, ill shut up now.
