1 I'm not wanting to be as skinny as a model
2 I eat healthy
3 I exercise reguarly!.
4 I don't want 2 go on a fancy diet!.
5 I'm about 148 lbs!.
6 I get teased bcuz my weight!.

The healthy diet is a balanced diet, contain foods from all the food groups, low in saturated fat and refined sugar, and moderate in
protein!. Although we need fat and carbohydrates, we don't need saturated fat or refined sugar!. These are causing our diet and
weight problems!.
A healthy diet means not only eating the proper foods, but also eating them in proper proportion and at proper time!.

Healthy Diet = Proper Food + Proper Proportion + Proper Time
A healthy diet concept is: "Eat to live, not live to eat"!. It is best if we understand that the purpose of eating is to supply our being
with the energy!.

All diseases take their origin in overloading the stomach!. If you have no appetite, do not take anything!. Let the stomach enjoy a
full holiday!. Vegetables and fruit, in particular, are essential for efficient metabolism and a healthy diet!.


What does balanced diet contain!?


A balanced diet must contain following things in the correct proportions!.

1!. Carbohydrates: these provide a source of energy!.
2!. Proteins: these provide a source of materials for growth and repair!.
3!. Fats: these provide a source of energy and contain fat soluble vitamins!.
4!. Vitamins: these are required in very small quantities to keep you healthy!.
5!. Mineral Salts: these are required for healthy teeth, bones, muscles etc!.!.
6!. Fibre: this is required to help your intestines function correctly!.

Dietary guidelines for balanced, healthy eating are based on the Food Guide Pyramid!. This food pyramid highlight the six main
food groups of a balanced diet!.

Now eating a balanced diet means eating foods from each of the six main food groups, each day - however fats, oils & sweets,
should be eaten sparingly!.

The 6 food Groups are
(A)Fats, Oils, Sweets (B)Milk, Yogurt & Cheese (C)Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Eggs, Nuts (D)Vegetables (E)Fruits (F)
Bread, Cereal, Rice, Pasta!.


RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A HEALTHY DIET:
Learn the four basic food groups:
1!.milk products: milk, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream
2!.meat/eggs: red meats, poultry, fish, and eggs
3!.grains: breads, cereals, rice, pasta, and so forth
4!.fruits/vegetables; may be consumed as solids or juices!.

A)Eat three meals a day!.


B)Decrease the amount of fat (meat and milk products) in the diet!.

C)To decrease the amount of fat in the diet, follow these guidelines:

Remember that one serving of meat per day is adequate for normal growth and development!. (Don't serve meat more than twice a day!.)
1!.Serve more fish and poultry and fewer red meats, since the latter have the highest cholesterol levels!. Lean red meats are lean ground beef, pork loin, veal, and lamb!.
2!.Trim fat off meats and the skin from poultry!.
3!.Don't serve bacon, sausages, spareribs, pastrami, and other meats that have a high fat content!. Cut back on hot dogs, lunchmeats, and corned beef!.
4!.Limit the number of eggs to 3 or 4 per week!. (Eggs have the highest cholesterol content of any of the commonly eaten foods!. The cholesterol in one egg is equivalent to the cholesterol in 14 ounces of beef, 1-and-1/2 quarts of whole milk, or 1 quart of ice cream!.)
5!.Serve 2 percent milk instead of whole milk for children over 2 years of age!.
6!.Decrease the amount of milk your child drinks to 2 or 3 cups per day!. (Encourage your child to drink water to satisfy thirst!.)
7!.On the other hand, some teenage girls may need to be reminded to consume adequate milk products (the equivalent of 3 glasses of milk) to lay down the bone mass required to prevent osteoporosis later in life!.

D)Buy margarine instead of butter!.

E)Increase the amount of fruits, vegetables, and grains in the diet!.
F)include an adequate amount of iron in the diet!.
G)Avoid excessive salt!.


H)Avoid excessive pure sugars!.

ok, you should probably start going to the gym about 3 days a week for at least 2h, and increase excersice time and how often you excersice as you start to loose weight!.!.
dont starve yourself, eat as you please, just eat a salad or something!. Dont let people get to you, its just their way of feeling better aobu themselves!.

hi I don't know if this will make you feel any better but my sis was getting big between the ages of 10-13 and now she's not that big but every year she get's smaller (ps it kinda ran in her blood)Www@Answer-Health@Com
