Eating Contest (see details)?

I'm going to be participating in an "eating contest". I have to eat a six patty hamburger, a Chicago style hotdog, chilli cheese fries, and a large milkshake. I'm not going for speed (I have to eat everthing in under 45 minutes though) but rather just making sure I can it all period. Any techniques I could use to not get full in the process? What should I eat/not eat before I do this? Any other suggestions are welcome with appreciation. Thanks!


Answers:

I would say the night before skip dinner, and the morning of do not drink or eat anything, this way you will feel really hungry before the contest. Or possibly before the contest (a week for few days before) practice eating a lot of food and see how much you can intake. Gradually increase your intake so your stomach will get used to holding that much of food. This way you will be prepared for the contest.
