How many take aways(fast food) is it ok to eat a week?!


Question: How many take aways(fast food) is it ok to eat a week!?
Hello!.
I'm 18 and can't cook so just eat fast food/takeways all the time!.
There is nothing to eat in the house so i'm going to have to get another one tonight!!
I've allready had two this week(1 chinese and 1 Indian)!.

Is this really going to be having a bad effect on my health!?

I'm not over weight as i don't eat large portions of food so can't see any visible problems being caused!. I get really bad mood swings but its probably just hormones or something(i'm hopeing its not the amount of junk i eat)

When i don't get take aways i usually eat ready meals(infact almost always eat ready meals)!. I've had 3 ready meals this week!. I usually skip lunch or have a bit of fruit!.

Would it be better to eat nothing other than take aways!?

If you're going to eat fast food, there's always a healthier option!. I don't eat much indian food, so I don't know much about that, but in Chinese, the sodium content is pretty extreme!. Even in the ready meals the sodium content is high, and sometimes there's a lot of sugar!. That will mess with your energy level!. The sodium can cause high blood pressure which can lead to a lot of other health issues in the future!. An easy rule to remember is, look for things that aren't fried!. They do say moderation is key, so if that's what you prefer, treating yourself every once in awhile won't do any harm!. If you're not treating yourself, try Subway!. McDonald's has grilled chicken sandwiches, as do many other fast food places!. Watch portions too!. Sometimes what the restaurants give you is more than you should have!. Just listen to the belly!. When it says stop--stop! It is important to eat throughout the day!. You have to keep your metabolism at a steady rate to maintain a good energy level!.

I guess what I'm saying is, go ahead, eat out, but just become more conscious!. Say no to fried stuff and that'll help a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fast food is not ideal!. At 18, you should start learning to cook and taking care of yourself!. Eventually you are moving out!.

If you do get fast food, order the most healthy options!. Ones that are not deep fried, have a lean protein source (i!.e!. chicken, fish etc!.!.!.) and plenty of vegetables!.

It is you health!. Bad habits will catch up to eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending upon what you are specifically eating, I would not eat take-aways more than twice a week!. Chinese food is loaded with MSG and a lot of oil!. Add in the carbs from rice, noodles, or wontons and the sugar in various sauces and the nutritional value plummets!. Indian does have some oil, but usually not to an excessive amount!. Eating take-away eventually catches up to you!. Also try not to skip meals as it tends to make you eat more when you actually do eat!.

The best advice is to learn to cook!. It really isn't too difficult to make basic and tasty dishes!. In the long run it better for you and cheaper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
