Question: Help im 13 and i weigh about 108 and im only 4'11 what should i do to lose weight!?

First off I am going to tell you that you are healthy, anyone who says different does not know what they are talking about!. If you are set on loosing weight let me help you in something!. Throw out the scale! Quit thinking you have to weigh some absurd ammount of weight to be considered in shape!. Look at my picture, do you see it!? That is me at 297lbs, According to the American Heart Asso!. I am morbidly obese and considered fat!. I beg to differ!. If you want to tone up then do that!. Muscle weighs more than fat and the only thing you will get out of loosing weight is a smaller version of you!. Try doing squats for your thighs, toe raises for your calves, curls for you biceps, push ups for your chest and take up cardio kickboxing or something fun like that!. It will tone you up and that is better than just loosing weight!. At your age weather you like it or not your body is going to hold fat on you!. This is part of your development and will help keep your body functioning as a woman!. Drop to much weight and your monthly cycle can get screwed up!. You're one inch from being 5 feet tall!. You haven't finished growing!. What you eat determines whether you're healthy or not!. Where are your parents!? If you eat good nourishing foods; you probably need to do some walking or some exercising to help you feel better!. Moving helps a lot!.
