If you eat too much at one sitting...?!

Question: If you eat too much at one sitting!.!.!.!?
Can you cut back later to avoid weight gain!?

I think I ate like, too many calories for breakfast!.
I had:
About 1 bowl of oats made with semi-skimmed milk
And probably about another 2 bowls of dry oats (I have this annoying habit of doing that)
As well as a few handfuls of some muesli
Then I grabbed some bits of ham out of the fridge!.

Can I just cut back later to make up for this!?
Is it really as bad as I think, cause I understand you need more at breakfast than any other time!?

What should I do!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Assuming you have a small frame for a male 5'4" you should weigh 130-135 lbs!.

If you ate 3 cups of oat cereal altogether with milk muesli and ham I would estimate that it is about 650 calories!. To maintain your weight with just moderate activity you would need to consume 2200 calories!. So you still have 1550 calories left to consume and you will not gain weight!.

My concern for you is that you really are underweight and it would appear that instead of eating a meal that fills you up that you are restricting food just to end up, appearing to yourself, as binging!. I don't know if maybe you have already lost weight so your calorie consumption is of concern to you but a couple of symptoms of eating disorders are:
# Obsession with weight and complaining of weight problems (even if "average" weight or thin)!.
# Obsession with calories and fat content of foods!.

In the least you are good to go today you still have lots of calories left!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll ******* pop! Slapping the faces of your guests, causing them to be inconsolable for a good month or so, probably scarring them for life!.
Shocking them to such a degree, it causes their unborn children to gasp in the womb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats fine- breakfast is the one meal that you should eat plenty!. You should not feel as hungry later on and hence you might eat less, but don't consciously cut back on your food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
