The most fattening food, it may surprise you, are white carbohydrates such as white bread!. But trying to gain weight by eatind these foods in excess is a bad idea because it will throw off your insulin balance, and may contribute to the onset of Type II diabetes!.

Solid lard!. Just kidding!. Nuts, cheese,milk, bananas and avocados are all healthy ways to gain weight!. Nuts in particular are great cos they're VERY calorific and you don't feel like you're eating too much!. Adding cheese to your meals is also great way to gain and there are very few meals which don't go with cheese (none in my opinion!.)
If you can't manage big meals, try to eat something healthy with carbs, protein and fats at least every couple of hours!.

Eating healthy is important!. You could eat high fat foods and your body might just efficiently eliminate the fat, which would ultimately tax your body!. Of course, you're lucky that you can indulge any craving without gaining, but I wouldn't overdo by chowing down on junk all the time!.
Dieticians are good with this kind of thing, if you're more holistic an ayurvedic doctor can give tremendous advice on eating healthy to keep you in your peak physical condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try drinking protein shakes!.
in middle school I was also veryy skinny and i talked to my doctor and he told me to drink protein shakes twice a day-- it really hlped and it was way more healthy than just eating fattening foods!Www@Answer-Health@Com
