Is body potential pre-determined by genes?!


Question: Is body potential pre-determined by genes!?
Because even though neither of my parents are muscular, I find that I gain a lot of muscle without doing anything to earn it!. Obviously, I'm not trying to be cocky!. I don't need to show off online for peple I don't know!. I'm not jacked, just very in shape for my age (15 years old)!. Why is it that I who play no sports at all and pretty much chill and play video games all day have so much more muscle compared to my friends and cousins who work hard to try and gain muscle but remain overweight!. (And NO I do NOT eat healthy either -- I go through about a bag of Cheez-Its a day)

Also since your tongue is just a bunch of muscles and neither of my parents have long tongues, why do I have such a long, pointed tongue (Think longer than Gene Simmons already -- people say)!. What's up with this!?

Am I just built genetically superior for building muscle!?
If so how come my parents don't have those genes!?
I just don't understand why it's easier for me!.!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone has different genetics!.

Some people gain muscle faster than others
Some people lose fat or gain fat faster than others
Some people gain strength faster than others
some people run faster than others

Now, genetics play a big role!. But Anyone can make it!. Even if your body sucks at making muscle, with enough hard work you can force it!.

Somewhat!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
