Why do I always get a strong urge to crap in the middle of my workout?!
Question: Why do I always get a strong urge to crap in the middle of my workout!?
I try to crap beforehand and I never can, but after fifteen or twenty minutes of running, I get a strong urge to crap!. It's especially problematic if I can't find an outhouse or a place with a restroom, and it's also a problem if I'm running a 5K or 10K for time because it takes a minute or two off of my running time!. What is it about working out that makes me want to crap, and what can I do to prevent it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi well this is very common in marathan runners,to start with ,so what they do is take immodium before the run at least one hour before!.may i suggest you try this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used to take a crap before every track practice!.
Try to adjust your schedual so you go before you have to run!.
You could also eat more fiber like oatmeal, so that its easier to crap in the morning when you get up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
