Should I be drinking milk?

My parents always say I should drink at least one glass of milk a day, in the mornin, however Whenever I drink milk i feel bloated or get cramps. Id rather have a cup of hot tea (no sugar or milk added) Im more of a tea person to be honast. My body is use to hot drinks like tea, but im worried maybye I should boost my calcium levels? I do get calcoium from fruits/veggies, every lunch or dinner I always have to eat some sort of yogurt so I guess My calcium intake is ok. Should I be worried? what can I do? I hate soya milk...and Id rather have a nice hot drink which is easy on my stomach

you don't really need to drink milk. It serves a purpose for infants but once your old enough to use a computer the milk isn't really needed. The whole idea of pushing milk is just a concept pushed down America's throat by the government trying to prop up dairy prices for farmers.

You likely get enough calcium from other things you eat including cheeses and yogurt like you mentioned. The fact is milk is over rated for adults and young people and probably does more harm than good especially when most people don't drink skim milk they drink milk that contains fat. Not to mention the extra hormones you'll get from the modern dairy cows fat (caused by continually pregnant cows and the hormones that are passed on to you through their fat).
