everyone is saying its better to only eat the egg whites..are u talking about the shell? what? when i crackand egg...all i see is clear stuff around a yellow yoke...so how do i make or get the egg whites?

ooooh...the egg white is the clear stuff? im sorry....im so dumb. how many egg whites is good to eat for breakfast without it being too much but filling. 2 or 3?
