What is the best way to burn body fat ?!


Question: What is the best way to burn body fat !?
I am wanting to burn body fat and build muscle right now I am about 15 pounds over weight and would like to loose that in about a month and a half to two months but also build lean muscle!. Any suggestions how I could accomplish my goal !? Thanks,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Many people are unaware that when you exercise it's not about burning fat!. You are changing the way your body stores calories!. It's all about nutrition and exercise!. Make sure you are getting the right amounts of calories, low fat foods, protein will help build lean muscle if used before and after workouts!. The main thing is hard work!. Without dedication you will not get the results you want!. Commit yourself to going to the gym often for strenuous activities!. yeah i'd say join a gym and start lifting light weights and do cardio say an hour every day i do cardio every second day and always aim to burn 800 to 1000 calories a day eat clean when i say clean i mean no JUNK food drink pleaty of WATER as your body trapes fluid and the water will release this traped fluid you should see a differents in about a week to two with just drinking water but with lean muscle this takes time its not something that will just happen building muscle takes time so good luck with it and i bet you'll do great if you follow thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

Join a gym to help with muscle tone, and go for a 20min run every day to lose the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
