Workout partner anyone?!


Question: Workout partner anyone!?
Ok i am starting a new diet on Monday consisting of about 1,150-1,200 calories and i would do SO much better if i had an online workout partner (Girl only!) who could keep me motivated and share our weight loss results with!. I am 5'9 and 135 pounds and by mid June would like to be at LEAST 120 pounds!. I am 15 years old!. If you'd like to be my workout buddy we don't necessarily have to have the same EXACT cal!. intake!.!.!.but i'd like "around" the same height!.
The workout buddy system would be via yahoo mail!.

I've actually been trying for a while to get a workout buddy online because all my friends won't seem to actually go on a diet and I need motivation!

Ok well I don't exactly need to lose my weight but i am in pretty close to your situation!. Idk why you think you need to lose weight at that pound but if you'll need someone to help it go smoother for you, i will help!. I am a sophmore, turned 15 in november, 5'9" exactly now, and i weight 129!. I'm a very athletic person, volleyball is my main sport and I go varsity next season!. I know quite a bit about working out so i think i could help you!. I work out everyday with a mile run, some bleachers, pushups and situps and its keeping me at the body i want!. I rarely use yahoo mail but i can adjust!.!.!.but im on aim a lot and myspace for other choices!. And good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would increase your calories, girl!. What's going to happen, is your body will start grabbing and holding on to everything, because it thinks its starving!.

You will ultimately gain more weight- you cannot starve yourself forever!. Especially being 15 years old- you are still growing and maturing- and that requires not just calories, but nutrient dense foods!

Just work on toning your body, the rest will come naturally!.
I feel like you have not fully assessed the consequences of what you are about to do to your body!. You NEED food right now to properly grow!. Cut out hydrogenated fats (not all fats, because you need fats to metabolize vitamins A, D, E, and K) lower the sugar and super refined carbohydrates, and eat fiber, fruits, colorful veggies and complete proteins (an egg is a complete protien) or proteins from various sources (nuts, chicken, soy is great)!.

Please do not starve yourself in hopes of impressing the opposite sex!. You are better off with intelligence and personal strength rather than a languishing body to match a shrinking self esteem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
