Question: Body like thisss (PIcture included)!!?
I KNOW, i ask 1733 of these questions, but if i get some HELPFUL answers i wont need to :)
anyways!.!.i am getting a job soon and am going to be buying a lot of clothing!.!.and it's going to be summer and i'm going to be off school SO soon!.!.!.so i need a good body! Tomorrow is the OFFICIAL diet day! IF i eat 1,200 calories a day, do cardio for at least 1hour, pilates for 10-20 minutes, abs for 10 minutes, and side bends for 10-20 minutes a day EVERYDAY can i get a petite body like this bu mid june!?
I have the FRAME for it so no need to lecture me on that, but i just need to rid my body of SIDE FAT, BACK FAT, and some leg fat! Advice!?!? I'd rather not eat 1,500 cals!. a day so don't suggest it!.!.thanks!

Follow the links and meal plans in the links that are on my YA profile!. I lost 50 lbs in 8 weeks!. You dont need to lose that much but you will lose as much as you need to and you will feel good and not gain it back!.

First of all, that's way to much exercise!. You shouldn't be doing 60 minutes of cario and pilates everyday and all of that ab exercising is insane!. I don't know how tall you are but that sounds like it's too little calories to me!. You could possibly cause some health issues!. My advice is to do cardio no more than 4 days per week for no more than 45 minutes each session!. If you're going to do pilates, then substitute them for one of your cardio days!. Work your abs no more than 4 days out of the week as well and add some resistance training/weight lifting to the program to tone the muscles that you want to work on (legs, shoulders, arms, back)!. I would suggest that you eat more but, if you don't want to, you don't want to!. The key is to create a routine for yourself that you're going to be able to keep up for the rest of your life to get to your goals not to use some temporary plan that you'll give up in a few weeks because it's not working the way that you want!. When you try to do too much, you get discouraged and give up!. That's how it goes!. Doing more isn't better because when you overtrain, your body can't recover fully and you just end up seeing no results or possibly reversed results!. Send me an email if you need specific help!.
