Does anyone have any good diet ideas?!


Question: Does anyone have any good diet ideas!?
I'm 11 years old!. I asked this question before and the answers I got "Your too young to go on a diet, your still growing!.!.!." I don't care! I want to be skinny! Please list some diets below!. And if you want to be SUPER nice list some exersizes too! (If your listing exersizes to please list the directions on how to do to them) I want to lose weight so I can be skinny!. Please don't say any rude comments just answer the question!.

hey steph, dont listen to those rude people that say rude things because they only think of themseves!. anyway, i have some good diets, and some sweet excerizes u could do!.!.!.
diets- eat all healthy things (mostly salads cause it helps alot just by all the healthy foods that r in it!. and drink a least 6-8 cups of water per day!. if u do that youll more then likely lose around 5-10 lbs!.
excerizes- do some jumping jacks, kart-wheels, push-ups, arm crunches!. also if u have on demand, go there and go under fitness and sports, then pick ur exersize that u want to do then youll be set to go!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope i helped!. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no snacks between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner unless its a fruit--eat all meals as usual but choose a healthier option e!.g!. chips nope,,wedges yep

situps -ten every morning and every night [stomach]
swim-for fun [legs]
run around in the park with friends [legs and arm muscles]
dance in your room[jump/whine/run--makes you keep fit]
ride your bike with friends /walk/bike whenever you can instead asking for a lift!.

Don't listen to them!. This is actually one of the easiest times to establish a healthier lifestyle!. YOU SHOULD BE MAKING THIS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!. THERE IS NO EXACT MIRACLE FOOD!. DON'T STRESS ON SPECIFIC FOODS SINCE IT WILL JUST MAKE IT HARD ON YOU!. JUST DON'T EAT FASTFOOD ON A REGULAR BASIS BUT DON'T ABANDON IT ALL TOGETHER!. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL ONLY REGAIN THE WEIGHT ONCE YOU START EATING IT AGAIN!. INSTEAD LIMIT IT!. EAT LESS FRIED FOODS!. I ACTUALLY THINK THE BEST EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT IS RUNNING!. I RUN TRACK AND WHEN I FIRST STARTED OUR TRACK COACH RECOMMENDED TO START WITH AT LEAST 1 MILE A DAY TO IMPROVE!. THIS WAS WHEN I WAS A BEGINNER AND REALLY UNFIT!. I WEIGHED 230 LBS IN JANUARY AND LOST 50 LBS TO WEIGH 180 LBS IN MARCH!. A HALF MILE SHOULD TAKE 15 MINUTES TOPS IF YOU ARE JOGGING!. NEVER STOP!. you can double your exercise by getting up earlier each morning before school and then run!. Then you can shower and everything!. Then run again later!. Also, don't let your mom drive you to school and just walk there!. When you run, where sweats to increase your sweating to lose more weight!. Never stop while running since you wont improve!. The key is constant running!. Decrease your speed tot he appropriate level and then the next days run faster gradually!. YOU SHOULD BE RUNNING AT LEAST 4 MILES A DAY BY THE END OF THE SUMMER!. Workout with a friend since you will be less likely to skip it if you have an appointment!. Just run, run, run!. Running is actually the best for losing weight since its easy and you won't look funny at home doing crunches and all that!. Plus, its not that great seeing a girl with bigger abs than a guy!. Stick with smooth and slim!. Its scary thinking of rockhard abs on a girl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
