im going to florida then and i wanna have a nice body at the beach!. i weigh 155 pounds and im 5'-4!. i wanna be somewhere between 120 and 130!. can someone give me tips and excersises that can help!. thanks!. 10 point best answer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out all sugared colas, junk food and sweets!. That includes burgers, fries, and pizzas!
