What are some tricks you've learned to help you eat less?!


Question: What are some tricks you've learned to help you eat less!?
I know a lot about nutrition already, so I don't need any nutritional advice!. I've lost about 30 pounds already through diet and exercise!.

I'm trying to lose these last 10 pounds, and food is the only thing holding me back, particularly carbs!. I'm insulin resistant, so carbohydrates are particularly damning for me!.

What foods have you found to be more satisfying in small quantities!? And what tricks have you learned to help you eat less and ease your hunger!? I'm looking for advice from personal experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After having my daughter, I realized that if I stopped eating the moment I wasn't hungry, I dropped weight quickly!. In other words, eat only when you're hungry and give yourself small portions; stop eating when the hunger pangs are gone!. I guarantee you, you will see a difference quickly!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

in high school to cut weight for wrestling i would make jello but drink and not let it turn firm!. seems to firm up in your stomach an make ya feel full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use peanuts when dieting!. I think they may help out your situation also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

during ur meal if u drink alot of water, then u wont eat as much bd ull feel full =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
