How long did it take you to lose weight and how did you do it?!


Question: How long did it take you to lose weight and how did you do it!?

Took me 2 weeks to lose 6 pounds be eating healthy and working out 30 min every day of those 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes me one day to lose all the weight I gained on the Previous day!. All I have to do is sit and watch T!.V!. and walk around doing errands!.
I'm a constant weight everyday!. If I gained 5lbs from food in one day then I will lose that 5lbs by the time the next day ends!.

How I did!? it is Fast Metabolism doing!. I've been weighing between 115lbs and 120lbs for the last 1 1/2 years!. I eat a whole lot but just can't gain weight from eating!. So yeah I'm working out at a 24 hour gym using Protein and Creatine supplements!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take it slowly, there are no quick fixes! 2 pounds per week is very sensible!. Do not deny yourself anything at all!. Take a walk every day and keep active!. Make sure you eat little but often and eat foods containing protein,carbs!.calcium and minerals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I've been on the special K diet for 3 weeks now and have lost 8 pounds so far!. But I have 63 more to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
