How to get this body.... ?! HELP!?!


Question: How to get this body!.!.!.!. !?! HELP!!?

I LOVE that she's still got a real body in Hollywood rather than being a stick thin 0!. I know she's a US4/6 (she said it in an interview)!. Im a US size 7/8!. But Katie is heaps taller than me, she's about 170cm and I'm about 162cm!.

Can anyone tell me how I can achieve a toned and sculpted body like hers but still have that womanly shape!? I dont want to become a total stick insect!.

I do a 25 minute butt and thigh blast cross training workout dvd, its by the hollywood trainer jenette jenkins!. And Im picking up my exercise bike next week and will be doing at least 30 minutes on it everyday!. Would that help!?

Any other advice!?

the picture of u isnt working! but im assuming ur trying to lose some weight but still keep ur curves!!

if ur trying to lean up then definately do some hardcore cardio! do lots of interval sprints on the treadmill and do the straimaster (builds ur bum) !.!.!. this way you'll be building some muslce but getting rid of fat

also start doing light weight training !.!. ive been lifting weights for about a year now and it is amazing the definition it can give u !.!. but be patient because it takes a while !.!. start with low weights and then slowly build ur way up but dont do really heavy weights (example !.!. i still to 15 pounds for something like bicep curls) !.!. and ask a trainer to show u exercise for every part of ur body !.!. do one day for arms, one day for back and chest and one day for shoulder and legs !.!.!.

this way u'll stay in proportion !.!.!. but u'll be building muscle which is always hot ! !.!.!.
also work alot of ur abs and defininng ur waist !.!.

if u do start weight lifting !.!. i do recommnd stretching alot !.!.!.if u dont u will start to look somewhat bulky !.!.!. stretching enlongates the body!! really it does !.!.!. because ur extending the muscle rather than contracting it (as u do with weights) !.!.!. do yoga one time a week !.!. very rewarding and it makes u focus on ur body more!!

again i cant see the photo so i dont know if u have boobs or not !.!. if u do !.!. u wont lose them if u do cardio !.!. ive been running daily for an hour for the past 2 years and my boobs r still there but ive defined my waist and my upper body and defined my legs too! !.!. its great

sometimes i tell myself that i need to get thinner but then i remember that guys love boobs and butt as long as ur fit and toned !.!.!.

oh and make ur sure u eat a healthy diet to avoid losing too much weight!

it will help but you have to remember she has most probably had plastic surgery!.!.
i wouldn't not recommend you do that in case it went wrong and its very expensive and don't always looks good!.!.
you can get a toned body by working out and eating the right foods!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
