To do incline curls / chest presses do I need a bench, or can I do it on my bed?!

Question: To do incline curls / chest presses do I need a bench, or can I do it on my bed!?
Answers:
Different angles will result in different stress points, So if you feel that you are at the angle you want/need it does not matter What you use!.
Of course a home multigym makes for convenient exercise changes etc!.
But for example there is no reason you cannot use what you have to hand!.
I have travelled many countries, And at times have used (with gloves or a piece of cloth for padding) ordinary buckets filled with earth or sand, For curls slow and steady, and for reverse curls!.
on occasion i have even put a pole between to make makeshift barbells!.! the same can be said for 1 gallon or larger contaners for liquids, the handgrip can have a space large enough for a pole, And if you drill a hole in a 12 inch pole and knot a cord or nylon through then tie the other end to a bucket or container you can slowly roll up to top, first in one direction then in the opposite direction, This is Great for your Forearms!.!
Sure we all like to use good equipment, But if it's a choice of 'Make do-or dont do' Then more power to you, 'make do'
Always remember to fully stretch the muscle after contracting it, And slow and steady is the way to go!.
Good luck to you, Stay healthy!.!.!.!.!.Always warm up first, And go for more sets before you go for more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Equipment is nice, but if you lack the resources, you can improvise!. Lean back in a chair; make sure it's stable enough to do the job!. Doing the curls in an EZ chair with the back down will also give you that incline you need!. If you can stay awake, it works!. (I'm half-joking, but you get the picture!.)

A stability ball can be used for all sorts of moves!. If you have one, great!. Set it against the wall and sit on the floor, lean back against it!.

Or build your own bench!. Or just buy it!.

Rather than tell you what you need to buy, I'd rather give you the chance to think through what you're doing and what you want!. That way you can decide for yourself whether it's worth the investment!. Nine times out of ten, what you want doesn't rely exclusively on this bench or that brand, so there's a lot more latitude than you might have expected!.

Milk at the Circle K costs more than at the supermarket, but the supermarket isn't open as late!. You're paying for convenience!.

I think the equipment fetish is the same thing, an idea that helps the fitness industry!. What counts is what you do, and how you do it!. The tools are more for convenience than anything, and that even goes for weight training stuff!. You could lift rocks, but barbells are easier to handle and store and all that!.

So your simple question isn't getting a simple answer from me!. I'd like to think it's a clearer answer, but that's just me!. At any rate, hope it helps!. Good training!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a bench, and get a good one!. If you plan to take weight training seriously, you need decent equipment - don't risk serious injury by taking half measures!. Pic of my home gym attachedWww@Answer-Health@Com

for best workout and for your back not to stuff up use a bench if you cant afford one you can use a table with a good length and not so wide put a bit of cushion on it around 2cm thick to keep you comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To get the proper amount of range of motion and back support it would best be done on a bench!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
