Diet Plan for a 16 Year-Old - How does this sound?!
Question: Diet Plan for a 16 Year-Old - How does this sound!?
I am 16 years old, weigh just about 140 pounds & 5 ft 3!. I small, but noticeable man boobs and although 140 doesn't seem like too much, the weight is noticeable on me!. I have a 34 inch waist!.
I am thinking about doing this;
Just to get started, THE SPECIAL K DIET (for 2 weeks)!. This pretty much means eating only special k cereal for 2 weeks!. During this time, I will be sure to be excercising (running on a tredmill along w/ sit-ups, push-ups & a curl bar)!. I will take vitamins to give me anything I'm missing (such as vitamins, etc)!.
By eating only special k for 2 weeks for my meals (and the serving size only w/skim milk), my stomach will get used to not eating as much as I am now & afterword it won't take as much to fill me)!.
After that, I will continue to do excercises & eat only healthy foods (completely avoiding sodas, fast food, microwave foods, etc)!. My stomach by this time will have shrunk (inner stomach) so it won't take much to fill me!. WILL 3 MONTHS ON THIS PLANWww@Answer-Health@Com

ur body needs more then special k!. try:
breakfast: special k cereal, grapefruit, glass of water with a vvitamin pill or whatever
lunch: have a normal lunch, whole wheats, lots of greens, try something like fish (keep it proportional!.) meat should not be biggger then the size of ur hand, and fruit!. glass of water
Dinner: special k cereal with an apple or vegi, or another fruit!.
stay away from fruits such as mangos, and melons!. i heard that grape fruit helps motabilizm, um!.!.!.!. eat ur vitamins, drink a protein shake here and there (about 2-3 times a wk) and drink plenty of water, water water everywhere!.!.!. it does wonders!. wonders man, wonders!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body needs more nutrition than just special k for those 2 weeks!. Not even vitamins can have as much effect!. I suggest protein-enriched foods, lean meat, LOTS OF VEGETABLES plus fiber!, and fruits like apples and grapefruit!. While they can fill you up with reasonable portions, they can also do a lot to cut down body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
along with that you might want to be intaking alot of protein (try protein shakes) but apart from that yeh all gdWww@Answer-Health@Com
