I done want to lose weight but...?!


Question: I done want to lose weight but!.!.!.!?
i want to start gym bulk up but the thing is i have a stomach and a bit of **** growin i hate it nd i dont want them to be worse then ladies!. so the thing is i want to start gym and bulk up if i keep this up would i eventually be able to see my muscles when im normal not tensing!. and if it works how long will i have to do gym!? and if it doesnt work how can i make it work!? i do not want to lose weight i just want muscle!. by the way i weigh 85kg and i am 180cm tall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to www!.spartafit!.com and look up what you should be eating everyday in terms of calories!. Eat this (plus enough to sustain your exercise) and you won't lose weight, pure and simple!.

But eat right, or you'll mess up your muscle growth!.

You can also find some workout plans on the site!. Pick one that has three or four days a week of weight training!.

Do the weight training movements for a couple of weeks with light weight until you feel really comfortable with your lifting form, then go heavy!. Sets of 10 for three weeks, then sets of eight, then six, then four, then back up, trying to increase your weights every week!.
