What do you do? Is it difficult? Can a 13 yr old do it? will it help you lose weight?
Answers:
It's not difficult, though it can be challenging. I see no reason why a 13 year old couldn't do it (Disclaimer: check with your doctor first) and sure, it can help you lose weight by firming the muscles around your core and give you a leaner look. I always feel slimmer after a Pilates session.
