i walk on the exercise machine 40 minutes a day and do ab pro for 5 minutes a day!.
im not large at all, just got a lil bit of love handles and i need to tone my legs!. im not on a diet and try to eat as best as i can but i steal dont eat perfect!.!. is this going to get me quick results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Ideally to lose body fat and "tone" you need to be doing resistance training!. Generally cardio will burn fat AND muscle, so you will hold on to the proportions you have now!.
An Ab toner does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you get a slimmer stomach!. You cannot target where you want fat to go from!.
So, resistance training and 500 calories under maintenance and your body will get great in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That won't do anything!. Surely you could do 15!?
Losing weight isn't quick!. I'm not a big girl I just want to lose weight off my thighs and I do 45 minutes of pilates a day and 30 minutes of jogging and 100 crunches!. I've been doing this along with healthy eating for 3 weeks and haven't noticed a change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
