How do i get rid of stomach fat?!


Question: How do i get rid of stomach fat!?
i always thought i was overweight and after visiting the docs he told me i was actually underweight! !.!.or just the right amount!. its funny cause my legs are in perfect shape, arms!.!. i just have kinda like a mini pot belly which i cant get rid of and fat on my love handles (i think this is the area of the hips!?!?) it looks wierd cause it looks like my legs dont suite my tummy!

what workouts do i need to do to combat this!? it would be great to have abs!.!. but after searching this site some have said that situps and crunches actually DONT help you lose fat!.!. im thinking of putting in 30mins a day on the treadmil wil this help!.!. though i dont think its targeting my stomach area!.!. pleas help!

p!.s!. ive decided to eliminate fatty foods in my diet and just eat fruits and mcdonalds salads are delicious!. hows this!? is pasta good!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

It's true that sit ups won't get you great abs since they are a low intensity workout!. You need to do overall weight training and intensive interval cardio workouts to burn the body fat right off!.

Of course, you need to eat right!. Pasta can be good, but go for whole pasta, not regular store bought!.

most important cardio run in intervals the body can get used to the most tough running if done the same everyday do CRUNCHES sit ups arent as affective eat smart MC donalds salads still isnt that good for u make your own salad at home eat no fast food will have at least 150 lbs less eat plenty of carbs and fibersWww@Answer-Health@Com

if its a decent amount of fat dont start with sit ups you need to do cardio ie walking fast or jogging for 30-45 minutes a day!. this will help burn the fat off and then do sit ups to tone up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
