Diet and exercise help?!


Question: Diet and exercise help!?
Hey there, so i am very unhealthy with my body right now!. D; I am doing a running plan right now: http://www!.coolrunning!.com/engine/2/2_3/!.!.!. But that's about all I'm doing, how else can I get some more exercise for me so I can drop this weight, I want to drop about 20 or so pounds, but another problem I Have is that I love to eat, i eat even when I'm not hungry!. How do I come over these two things!? A) HOw can I stop eating when I'm not hungry!? And B) HOw can I get more exercise inbetween my running!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem with food!. i just recently cleared my house of anything that is bad for me or has lots of calories!. if its not there you wont eat it!. and if im bored at home and want to eat even though im not hungry, i brush my teeth, paint my nails, or do crunches!.

when it comes to excercise, i would suggest keeping up with the cardio until you get to the weight you want to be and the incorporate strentgh training while doing enough cardio to maintain your weight!.

1!. Drink alot of water, it fills you up so you won't eat plus it's very healthy!.

2!. do some crunches inbetween excercises!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
