To work the core of your body and really get the tone you're wanting, you're going to have to run also!. The bike will be great as a cardio, and the workout is a good touch-up for the legs and the gluts, but to get the flat and toned stomach, you'll need to be running and doing abdominal exercises as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try yoga it like gives you a long lean looking body its really natural as well, its so good for you pysically and mentally!.!. also running to get a good cardio workout as well!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excercise is certainly good for you, but I want to make a comment about your self esteem!. I hate to see anybody suffer!.

Most folks go through a stage in life, in the teen years, when their brain doesn't work right!. Your brain will tell you that you're stupid, ugly, nobody likes you, blah blah blah!. You know what!? Your brain lies!. Don't listen to it!. You look fine!. Excercise all you want, but resist believing these messages from your brain that give you low self esteem!. Your brain's not trustworthy!. You will still feel bad, but you can know intellectually that your brain is now working correctly, and it helps!.

You'll get over it later, but by then, that temporary low self esteem may have produced side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will take a minute to tone up and get muscle to get the figure of the star!. But you aren't tall and you are shapely!. You kind of put me in the mind of Brittany Spears (The old one lol!.) So you have curves which is a good thing!. Get you body to be sexy in your own way, not like Katie!. Why don't you focus on certain parts of your body instead of all!. I think you could tone up your stomach area and be cool!. You already have a head start by exercising, so you'll be fine!. You find that once you get the look that fits you, your confidence will shoot through the roof!. And looking like Katie, will be a thing of the past!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
