Can i lose weight by eating oatmeal for Breakfast and lunch??!


Question: Can i lose weight by eating oatmeal for Breakfast and lunch!?!?
like the ones with flavours!. I eat 1000 calories, i do squats, lunges and reverse lunges!. Im 168lbs and I need to lose at least 20 lbs in 4 weeks!. Im trying to lose weight fast so If I eat oatmeal(and fruits for snacks)!.!.!. how much weight will I lose and in what amount of time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating oatmeal is good - it gives you fiber!. The flavored ones that are non-sugar could help you lose weight, as long as you watch the calories in each serving!. Fruits are good, but don't forget your vegetables!. Raw veggies do not have as many calories as fruit, so you can eat more!. And they have fiber, plus the vitamins you need!.

You do need to eat at least 1200 calories to keep your body going into starvation mode and storing fat!. Also, you need to drink at least 1/2 gallon of water a day plus other liquids (non sugar)!.

I have no idea why you have to lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks!. Usually it is much better to try to lose inches!. As you work out and tone, the fat turns to muscle!. Muscle weights more per volume than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
