How do you loose inches and/or weight?!


Question: How do you loose inches and/or weight!?
Lets just say I weight alot like over 200lbs and I have been working out regularly and eating right but the scale hasn't moved I do however seem to have lost 2 inches around my mid-section I would like to loose more but don't know how can anyone help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you doing weight and resistance training!? If so, that is probably the cause for your lost inches, but lack of weight loss!.

When you are working out hard with weights and resistance, you are getting stronger and building lots of muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat!.
