Question: How much weight can i loose in 5 days!?
i have prom on this saturday!.
i'm afraid that i won't be able to fit into my dress since it is not stretchable!.
i'm 5'3" and average weight!.
if i work out at least 3 days and eat around 1000kcal
how much weight should i be able to loose!? will it make a difference at all!?

The average human consumes about 2000 calories!. 3500 calories equals a pound!. If you are going to eat a strict 1000 (which isn't really healthy), and burn off about 500 calories for 5 days, you would only lose about 2 lbs!. If you're at a healthy weight range, do some cardio each day (treadmill) for an hour a day!. If you stay within 60-85% of your target heart rate, you will effectively lose inches rather than weight!. Inches matter more to healthy people!. To find out what your target heart rate is, minus your age from 220 and there you go! Then calculate 60% of your target heart rate so you'll know the intensity level in which you will be able to burn off fat!. Hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
From a medical standpoint, it's just flat out unhealthy to try to lose more than 1 pound a day, that doesn't include fluid weight which usually comes right off after a workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
