Need six pack by bicycling.?!


Question: Need six pack by bicycling!.!?
i need an advise!.i have done many exercises till now!.i am only 14!.but i have a 2 pack!.i have asking this same question hundred times!.i do not want any web site addresses for information!.i am going to do only cycling from now onwards!.don't say to do othere exercises also!.i want to know how much fat will be burned if i do cycling continuously for 15 minutes!.i will do like that 3 for 4 times a day!.sometimes it will go to 10 or 20 times a day!.i know swimming!.but i swim very rarely now!.i walk once in a while!.the only exercise interesting for me is cycling!.how much days or weeks or months i need to develop a six pack by doing so!?
don't say that i am out of age!.i need it!.i am very slim too!.so it would be easy and fast to me!.bye!.the best answer gets 10 points!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a small warm up
30 pull ups
30 push ups
sit on legs straight and touch knees fastly 30 times
sit ups 30 times


do this twice daily with much concentration!.

If you are trying to burn fat 15mins at a time doesn't seem long enough!. try 30mins and work your way up to 60!. Once a day or every other is sufficient!. If all you are doing is cycling you will not develop the abdomens you desire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly none of us has a god given right to have visible abs, how much work you need to do to get em show is down to genetics and for some people it just isnt going to happen!.

Adding to that: I'm an ardent cyclist, but I'm the first to admit it's not a good way to work on your abs!. In fact if you plan on doing nothing but cycling you'll end up with massively muscled thighs and a small pot belly! I'm sure its not want you want to hear, but have a good look at any of the older club cyclist and you'll see what I'm on about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
