Question: I'm i eating too much!?!?
hello! I'm 15 and i want to lose a couple of pounds for summer! I'm 1!.59m and about 48kg
today i ate:
Breakfast
9:30 am: pure oatmeal (no salt or sugar added) with 3-4 fresh strwaberries,
Lunch:1:00 am
chicken with salad and yogurt
Snack:1 kiwi, 1 apple, 4 strawberries and some yogurt
I think i will eat a tuna salad for dinner!. I'm i eating too much after lunch!?=/
Any tips!? How many cals should i eat!?

I think you diet looks great! You breakfast seems kind of boring lol!.!. you can get oatmeal with flavors that are very low in calories!. I just think if you are eating something!.!. it should be somewhat good!.
To lose weight you should probably eat about 1300 to 1500 calories a day!. Don't go below though!.!. otherwise your metabolism goes down!.!. and it will take longer to burn fat!.

Looks good to me!. You might actually be not eating enough!. Add in a healthy mid morning snack and Add in some exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're eating very well!. don't worry about your diet at all!. If you want to tone up for summer do some excersizes like pilatesWww@Answer-Health@Com
