If you want to lose 15 lbs!. then you know you're going to have to make some alterations in your schedule!.

Either get up earlier, or sleep later, or do it in btwn the day instead of being online wasting time!. That's the way I see it!.

It takes extreme motivation though!. Your diet will also have to turn healthy if it isn't already!. Drink a lot of water, and taking a multi-vitamin would help you stay healthy!.

I usually do 800 calories a day, at the gym!. I also walk whenever I can, instead of driving!.

Like I said, drink a lot of water, and if you have an acces to a sauna, take advantage of it!. It will make you lose weight faster!.

I hate to bring you bad news!.

Gaining weight is not necessarily bad, specially if you are under- or normal weight!. You stated that you're 5'10" and age 17 but you did not state your weight!.

Perhaps your wanting to lose weight is just your perception of what you want to look like or weigh!. I know of some people who think that they weigh too much but from my standpoint, they are skinny!.

Perhaps, as a suggestion, you should consult the table of correct body mass!. This table will tell you that at a certain age, sex and height, your ideal weight should be so and so!. Then decide if you should lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat breakfast, a piece of fruit or small bowl of cereal!.

Drink water or another healthy drink like orange juice or milk!.

have a small low fat lunch like salad or a healthy sandwich!.

low fat tea but one that would make you feel full then theres less chance of snacking!.

EXERCISE (Y)
exercise bikes are great because they make you loose weight more then gaining muscle weight!. jogging if you can be bothered!. get into a team or do it with other people then your more motivated!. do situps, they dont make you really muscley but if you do the right ones then you can get really nice abs!. (ab exercises in sources)

snacks, you have to be strong and if you really have to snack have a piece of fruit or a carrot but stay off the fatty stuff!.

even though your in collage, alcohol is really bad for you because it makes you gain weigh if you have it too much!.

to be healthy, if your 5"0 then i wouldnt go under 80lbs :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

Drink green tea!. fastest way to lose weight healthyly!.
Experts and researchers say that 5 cups of green tea is a magic number to weight loss!.
Eat a lot of fruits ( no mangoes and banana ) and vegetables!. They are low in calories and healthy and make u feel full for a long time!.
Have complex carbs like wheat!.
drink only skimed milk if u want to!.
Avoid cheese and butter!.

It is welly divide, bcoz u need most of the energy at the start of the day and need the minimum in the night!.!.!.!.

drink lots of water, add salads to your diet with homemade salad dressing including pure lemon juice and vinegar, they are natural fat burners!. hope you take vitamins as well, and also when you work out try the elliptical machine it work wonders!Www@Answer-Health@Com
