How often should I do cardio and pilates?!


Question: How often should I do cardio and pilates!?
I am a little over weight!. Im 5'1, 130lbs and 26yrs old female!. I had two children already and gained all my weight that way!. I have really bad knees, I cant even run or dance without hurting my knees!. I also have broad shoulders so I dont want to bulk up with weight training!. I hear pilates will give longer lean mucsles!.

I want to loose weight and tone up!. After acheiving my ideal weight, I want to maintain it my tone body and weight for atleast until I am too old !. How often should I do cardio and pilates to lose weight, and then how often after to maintain weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
