well i am 14 years old 5"5.i am i weight lifter but i lift only about 40lbs.i want to be somewhere from 6"1-6"2.but i believe that my weight lifting can affect my growth.plus i want to get a decent body at this age.what do do,and is weight lifting 40lbs can seriously affect my growth?please help me if you can.

Start a swimming program. Swimmers work age appropriate strength training AND develop the BEST bodies.
