Hey can someone help me.... plz have anybody here has gotten a personal trainer !

Well, I do not have a personal trainer, but I found something for you on the internet about weightloss and help in the process of losing weight!. May be it might be of help to you because you seem to be real eager to lose weight!. Take care of yourself with what you choose, because most diets do not work!. And I assume you do not want to fall in the trap of losing weight with a diet and after that gain more weight than you lost!. You deserve better!.
