Question: PLEASE ANSWER: If I didn't eat for a week!.!.!?
I am 13!. I am 5"2, and I weigh 116!.5 pounds!.!.ahh
I am a gymnast, and I workout 4 hours a day!. I do have a lot of muscle but 116!.5 pounds is A LOT!. If I don't eat for 1 week, how much weight will I loose!? Thanks!.
I REALLY want to loose weight because all my friends at school are like supper skinny, I am so jealous because all they do is go to school and then go home and eat!.!.jeez, its not fair!. And I just am done with not eating like why am i so fat!?
I KNOW I have asked this question before, and I am dead serious so don't say I am kidding!.!.but all I want to know is HOW MANY POUNDS WOULD I LOOSE IF I DIDN'T EAT FOR A WEEK!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok time for some human body lecture!.!.!.just to let u know how your body works and what is ur body's goal!.!.!.!.

look kid, ur bodys only goal is to survive!.!.!.!.ur body doesnt give a shiit if ur skinny or ur fat!.!.!.all it cares is that you need to survive!.!.!.!.!.well now fortunately u can turn this to ur advantage!.!.!.!.and not eating is not that advantage!.!.!.if ur not going to eat!.!.!.or eat less!.!.ur body thinks u have a shortage of food because so doing its job!.!.what ur body does is stores ur fat, it doesnt get rid of it!. because ur body thinks ur are in a stranded island with limited food!. so what you want to do is make ur body think that you have plenty of food and you want ur body to get rid of all the fat!. how can you do that!?
well thats why im here for!.

what you need to do is eat six meals a day!.!.!.!.very small meals!.!.!.!.give like a 2 to 3 hour gap between each of those meals!.!.!.!.and drink plenty of water!.!.!.if u do that, ur body will think you have enough food and it will start getting rid of all ur fat!.!.!.and ull be amazed how toned ur body will get!.

dont be stupid teenager and think you will lose weight by not eating!.!.!.!.if ur gonna do that ur body will think you have no food left to eat!.!.!.so it will go into an anorexic stage where it blocks ur appetite and rely on ur body fat for survival!.!.!.

its about eating right!.!.!.not eating less!.!.!.always remember that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you wouldn't lose any weight because at the end of the week when you started eating again because you had stopped for a week your body would store what you eat after as fat for a few days!. so it wouldn't have any effect probably just make you feel exhausted and run down!. and your skin and hair would be terrible for a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well lets see muscle weighs 7 times more than fat but fat takes up 7 times more space than muscle!.!.!. so are you wanting to look fatter in inches or look healthy in mass!. Because if you dont eat your body will convert muscle to fat and that will make you look fatter even though you weight less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More than likely your will gain weight!. If you dont eat your metabolism slows down and will cause you to gain pounds!.
Just eat about 400-500 calories less a day and that should help!.

if your working out 4 hours a day than you probably shouldn't be worried about your weight- chances are you are heavier than your friends because you have more MUSCLE than them, not because you are "fatter"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey girl! I'm a gymnast too and I just turned 14, I'm 5'3 and I way about 117 pounds!. I also work out 3 to 4 days a week (10 hours a week)!. All my friends weigh about 100 pounds but they don't do gymnastics!.!.!. At first it really bothered me that they weighed so much less and started talking about going on a diet and then I watched a movie about a gymnast who starved herself and just kept getting weaker and weaker until she passed out and almost died!. TONS of gymnast starve themselves but they aren't the ones you see in the olympics, they're the ones in therapy and rehabilitation centers some of them are not even alive!. The good gymnast just eat healthy food and yeah they probably weigh 130 pounds or so which is a lot more than other girls their size but it's almost ALL muscle!. If you starve yourself for a whole week you can get so sick and you won't have enough strength to do your workouts!. 116 pounds isn't even very much!!! Stop worrying about your weight! I hardly even step on the scale anymore b/c I weigh more everytime but I don't look any fatter infact my body is in great shape!.!. I have a cousin who weighs 102 pounds and she looks wayy fatter than me!. Muscle weighs more than fat so thats why you weigh so much! Talk to your parents about this b/c if you starve yourself you will regret it forever! Hope I helped you and PLEASE KEEP EATING!!

P!.S!. There is a girl on my team who is 14 and weighs 137 pounds and doesn't look fat!.!.!. NO WORRIES FOR YOU! It isn't about how much you weigh when you are a gymnast it's about how you look and I'm sure you are in great shape!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would gain weight!.

when ur body doesnt get food or water it starts to think its "in a desert"!. that it wount be getting any food for a long time!. so it will shut your matabilism down to nothing!. (matabilism is what burns calories= makes you lose weight) then it will start feeding off ur body!. but anything u eat after that will be completly stored to fat and u will gain weight!.

if ur a gymnist and work out 4 hours a day ur fine! over fine! in perfet health!
