Weight lost? is this workout good or bad?!


Question: Weight lost!? is this workout good or bad!?
I'm 17 Years old Male, my heights around 5,9 and my weights around 14 stone, i'd say my body fats around 70%

I go weight lifting mondays, wednesdays, thursdays, saturdays, every week,

Then every Day i use a Golds Gym exercise bike for an hour, which claims i lose around 600-700 calories,

My diet at the moment consist of Fish and Salid,

Any extra advice would be great,

That sounds like it should work!. But remember ; Don't get anorexic, and keep exercising and exercising more and more and eat less and less!. It destroys your body!.

Well, the time it takes for you to lose weight on the diet depends on your body!. Here is what I mean:
People who are not overweight take longer to lose weight
People who are overweight take less time to lose weight

You should start seeing changes in your body in about a week, I'd say!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
