I need a exercise regiment?!


Question:

I need a exercise regiment?

my biggest problems is that i dont have a bench and there are no gyms near me, but i'm looking for a well-rounded exercise regiment to gain size and stay flexible (i am doing it for baseball if that helps) and as many compound exercises i could do to knock out the training quickly would be great...thanks in advanced

Well, a bench is a big help, but you can use three kitchen chairs in you have to. Sometimes you need to be able to let the weights extend out and downward to get the most out of your workout.

Check thrift shops like the salvation army or garage sales, benchs are always available second hand and cheap.

Free weights are the quickest, easiest way to add definition to your body.

Check out some of the body building sites for exercises. No, you won't look like the bodybuilders after doing the exercises for a few months, but you will be using proven methods to get there.

You can decide how serious you are after you start working out.
