Bench press help...?!


Question: Bench press help!.!.!.!?
ok!.!. i've been benching for an year and a half now!.!. when i first bench press i couldnt even do 135 x 1 but now i do 135 x 18!.!.!. i max probably around 210!.!. its not that good for an year and a half but ever since the 210 i havent been moving up my weight at all!.!. i mean ive been repping 165's for like 8 reps but like a month with 175's like 4 reps and 185's 2 reps!.!. i mean this is bullshit!.!. i weight 150!.!. i eat alot of protein like crazy and still wont help!.!. any advice!.!. my technique is good, my protein intake is good!.!. wtf is the prob!.!.!?! is 210 my max for life!?!!! =[[Www@Answer-Health@Com

and what other muscles are you working out

stop! you have to do work on different parts of your body cause if you do the same thing over and over and over your muscles get use to the exersices and when they do your muscles slow down in growth so you don't see resaults as quick!. and eat alot more carbs ALOT! and if this does not help as a last resualt get some pills from a pharmasy to boost up your muscle growth
