Im a vegetarian?!


Question:

Im a vegetarian?

In order from 1 to 10 what are the best 10 (specific type or kinds of foods ) for me to eat to gain weight in mustle and not fat.I am a girl and I do 700 situps everyday to stay in shape for basketball,am I not seeing any results(a six pack)is it because im not eating enough or because im not getting enough protein? i am 5"6 and I weigh 90 pounds I need to gain weight to be healthy and I realy want to gain15 pounds in mustle I just dont know what I should eat to do it,( the only meat im wealing to eat is grilled salmon,peporoni,and bacon bits ) are theese good mustle builders.

A vegetarian is so healthy if you make sure you are eating enough nutrients

for protein you can eat soy
it comes in soy "milk" and all different kinds
tofu
whole grains have protein in them
like
beans (the dried ones)
lentils
legumes
the only store bought bread that is whole grain is demisters
eat oatmeal it has allot of protein in it
but you have to get the old fashion kind
Nuts have protein in them as well

A great snack is home made trail mix with oatmeal and nuts and other seeds it will give you energy and lots of protein.
