How to put on some weight?!


Question: How to put on some weight!?
I'm kind of a skinny guy, not overly skinny but I'd like to put on some weight and was wondering what are the best (healthy) foods I can eat to put on weight relatively quickly!.I don't really have any interest in putting on lots of muscle or anything, I just want to gain a few extra pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to do pranayam regularly atleast half an hour daily in the morning with empty stomach and also in the evening religiously!.Avoid taking fastfood and spices and pickles etc!.You will definitely put on weight!.
